Eight Zone Tube Furnace
up to 1300°C

GERO eight zone tube furnaces, type AZ, can be operated in both a vertical and horizontal position up to 1300°C. A high flexibility in the design of the temperature profile is characteristic for this furnace type. The setting of homo­genous temperature areas, temperature gradients, maximum temperature limits, etc., is possible.

AZ furnaces provide optimum performance in connection with our AZ control boards. The AZ type can be operated ­optionally as a single zone, double, triple, ..... eight zone furnace.

The heating tube consists of an uncovered CrFeAl heating coil which is mounted on a ceramic fiber module.

The low thermal conductivity of the ceramic fiber insulation guarantees low energy consumption and allows for high heating rates.

With its wide range of accessories, the comprehensive type series AZ provides complete system solutions for ambitious thermal treatment.
