Metallic vacuum hood furnaces up to 2200°C

Type HBO MO up to 1600°C and HBO W up to 2200°C, if required higher temperatures are available.

Metallic furnaces without fibre insulation are suitable for generating the lowest achievable operation pressures in vacuum operation and the best quality of high purity gas atmospheres.

The used materials are marked for the lowest vapour pressure at the highest temperatures. Caused by the low vapour pressure processes up to the highest temperatures could be work without reactions with the heating elements or insulation radiation shields.

Besides high vacuum operation up to 10-7 mbar the following gases are typically available to use:

Nitrogen, Argon, Hydrogen or mixtures and others on request.

The pressure range to use gases reaches from 10-6 to 1000 mbar absolute and could be controlled by a lot of available dosing and controlling devises.
